Blueberry Banana Pancake Mix

My favorite pancake flavor! I can not recommend this one enough. It has the most perfect blueberry flavor and is a must try for sure.

I used to buy kodiak frozen protein waffles until I discovered gonanas pancake mix. After adding in some unflavored protein powder and blended cottage cheese I get the macros I need and the flavor I want. I love making a whole big batch and then freezing them two to a pack in freezer bags. In the morning I pop em in the toaster and they are crispy edged deliciousness! perfect for mucnhing along on my morning commute!

This is one of the best GoNanas mixes! These are extremely moist pancakes that essentially melt apart in your mouth. They taste like brown sugar with a hint of blueberry. They could use a little more, though.
The main downside is that they're finicky to cook. They burn quickly and you have to flip them with a spatula as big as the pancake before they're firm enough to flip.

I love gonanas, so I was super excited when they came out with pancake mixes. Unfortunately, these really cannot pancake at all. They are so goopy, you will find them nearly impossible to flip. I have made many oat flour pancakes in my time, both with and without banana in them, and these are truly the most difficult. The taste is pretty good, but by the time you are eating you’ll have a goopy mess to clean up so it really isn’t enjoyable. I actually ordered the pancake sampler pack but received only 2 pancake mixes and one banana bread mix, and after trying the pancakes I am counting myself lucky on that.

I was so excited to try these pancakes and they didn't disappoint. I love how fluffy they are and have the perfect amount of blueberry flavor. These are made with simple, vegan ingredients and taste amazing! These will definitely be a new staple in my house for breakfast!
