Introducing S'mores Banana Bread!! We’ve spent 3 YEARS recipe developing this MOST REQUESTED flavor, and we FINALLY nailed it. Made with vegan marshmallows, our infamous chocolate chips, and a graham base, this flavor will put all your other s’mores to shame.
All of our mixes are vegan, gluten free, and nut free.
What You Need: 3 bananas, maple syrup or honey, oil or yogurt, and milk of choice, making them super easy to make and great for the whole family.
Ingredients: gluten-free, oat flour, brown sugar, chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), marshmallow (tapioca syrup, sugar, filtered water, tapioca starch, carrageenan, soy protein, natural vanilla flavor,) vanilla powder, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, natural flavors.

Next time I might try making a fun app/treat with extra marshmallows and chocolate on top and use graham crackers to scoop!
This Banana Bread is delicious, plus, its super easy to make. It is extremely moist and is made even better with the graham base and chocolate chips.
Something I'm not a fan of are the vegan marshmallows. Marshmallows tend to not do well in baking since they completely melt and either disappear or leave sticky, chewy pockets of melted mallow. I also think it could use a lot more chocolate and graham! Or bigger pieces of them so they're more noticeable when you do get them.
Pro tip! Add extra chocolate and graham crumbs inside along with graham crumbs on top for a VERY decadent banana bread 🤤

S’mores is one of my favorite flavors in anything & they nailed it with this muffin mix! I also made them as cookies & did not disappoint! The flavor is so on key and the marshmallows bring such a gooey goodness that you all love in s’mores 💗
This is the flavor of my dreams! It is the perfect blend of chocolate, graham and marshmallow and tastes so good! I love that it is so easy to make and comes out with the perfect texture and such great flavor. This is so delicious and I love the real ingredients and that it is vegan and gluten free!
