All of our products are 100% gluten free, however not certified.

All of our products are 100% Kosher; however, only our original, salted caramel, and chocolate chip regular mixes are Kosher CERTIFIED.

Our original, chocolate chip, fudge brownie banana bread mix flavors, and all instant packets are certified Non-GMO Project Verified. For our limited edition SKUs, many of our ingredients are Non-GMO, however as a whole, the limited edition flavors are not all Non-GMO at the moment.

Most of our products are top allergen free, with some SKUS containing SOY - the flavors with "chips" in them. That being said, all mixes are 100% gluten free, dairy free, and nut free.

We use some brown sugar and maple syrup for a little sweetness, which is balanced with the 4-5g of fiber in each serving.

The nutrition facts are just for the mix itself. Since people add different amounts and kinds of ingredients, we can't quote any specific numbers.
Orders, Shipping & Return

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at bananaphone@eatgonanas.com as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out (we typically fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours)

At this time we do not ship to military bases (AFOS / APOS) or P.O. boxes!

At this time we do not. We ship to US ONLY - excluding military bases! We do ship to PO boxes.

Damaged or incomplete package
If you received your package damaged or incomplete, we will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.
Never received package
If your package was never received, we work with our mail carrier to resolve the issue, and send a replacement if it’s not fixed within 14 days of your order placement.
Subscription

You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your GoNanas account by clicking here. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Once you are logged in, you will see a link at the top of the page where you can access your subscription. You can swap, skip, or cancel your subscription in the portal.
