Is GoNanas gluten free?

All of our products are 100% gluten free, however not certified.

Are your products made in a gluten free certified facility?

Yes they are!

Is GoNanas Kosher?

All of our products are 100% Kosher; however, only our original, salted caramel, and chocolate chip regular mixes are Kosher CERTIFIED.

Is GoNanas vegan?

All of our products are 100% vegan, however not certified. 

Is GoNanas nut free?

All of our products are 100% nut free and produced in a nut free facility.

Are your products made in a nut free certified facility?

Our products are made in a nut-free certified facility. 

Is GoNanas Organic?

At the moment, we are not, but we hope to be in the future! 

Is GoNanas Non-GMO?

Our original, chocolate chip, fudge brownie banana bread mix flavors, and all instant packets are certified Non-GMO Project Verified. For our limited edition SKUs, many of our ingredients are Non-GMO, however as a whole, the limited edition flavors are not all Non-GMO at the moment.

Do your products contain allergens?

Most of our products are top allergen free, with some SKUS containing SOY - the flavors with "chips" in them. That being said, all mixes are 100% gluten free, dairy free, and nut free.

Do your products have added sugar?

We use some brown sugar and maple syrup for a little sweetness, which is balanced with the 4-5g of fiber in each serving.

How do I get GoNanas in my local market?

The best way to get GoNanas sold at your local market is to let us and your local market know you want it! Please contact GoNanas at eatgonanas@gmail.com & let your local market know by talking with their "grocery buyer."

Are baking mix nutrition facts for the mix only, or for the prepared products?

The nutrition facts are just for the mix itself. Since people add different amounts and kinds of ingredients, we can't quote any specific numbers.

Orders, Shipping & Return

What do I do If I need to change my order?

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at eatgonanas@gmail.com as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out (we typically fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours)

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship to US & CA!

Do you accept refunds or replacements?

Please email eatgonanas@gmail.com and we can help you ASAP!

Damaged or incomplete package

If you received your package damaged or incomplete, we will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.

Never received package

If your package was never received, we work with our mail carrier to resolve the issue, and send a replacement if it’s not fixed within 14 days of your order placement.

Subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your GoNanas account by clicking here. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Once you are logged in, you will see a link at the top of the page where you can access your subscription. You can swap, skip, or cancel your subscription in the portal.
