Are you dairy-free, but miss the smooth refreshing of ice cream. Try banana ice cream - it’s delicious and requires only one primary ingredient! This NICE cream is nutritious and highly-customizable - add your favorite flavorings and toppings to make it your own.

  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Cacao nibs
  • Vanilla extract

This ice cream will last for up to 3 months in your freezer in an airtight container.

So how do you use banana milk? You can use it in baking, vegan hot chocolate, or in your oatmeal for breakfast.

Mango Banana Ice Cream

With only one more ingredient than the banana ice cream, this is another easy-to-make but extraordinarily tasting frozen treat. And with the optional addition of one other little ingredient - cardamom or paprika, you’ll have Mexican-style ice cream on your hands. Like bananas, frozen mango chunks make for remarkably smooth and tasty ice cream.

If using fresh mango, peel and cut in chunks just like what you do with the bananas. But mangos require a longer freezing time - 6 hours or overnight.

Before you process, let your frozen fruit sit for a bit to soften - your blender or food processor will thank you. If your appliance is still having a tough time, add a little plant milk. Then continue processing until it’s smooth and creamy. Serve it immediately or freeze in an airtight container for later.

Prep Time: 15 mins. This recipe makes 6 cups of ice cream.
