The lemon flavor in these is out of this world! And they are so incredibly easy to make. I was suprised the bananas didnt over power the lemon poppyseed but they did not (and I love bananas!)

I made the carrot cake muffins and they were fabalous. Best gluten free ive had. So moist.

We love lemon poppyseed baked goods and this was no exception. Great flavor, great texture, really easy to mix and bake with my young kids. So yummy!

These are the best Bananas muffins!
