What you need for banana bread:
3 bananas, maple syrup or honey, oil or yogurt, and milk of choice, making them super easy to make and great for the whole family.
Ingredients:
gluten-free oat flour, brown sugar, chocolate baking chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, sustainable palm oil*, cocoa powder (alkalized), sunflower lecithin), cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt. *RSPO certified

If you love banana bread, this will be your favorite mix. I love the great texture and the subtle sweetness of the chocolate chips. I love that this mix comes together easily and bakes up fast. This is made with vegan ingredients and tastes so good!
The ingredients are overall fairly wholesome and the flavor is nice. However, I find the product to be a bit too sweet and can't imagine adding more sweetener, as indicated in the instructions. It should definitely be treated a dessert and not considered a "health food." The texture also comes out to be a bit gummy. I wish the oats were organic. I find the price to be a bit high given that the ingredients are not even organic/regeneratively grown. Finally, I'm confused and also disappointed to see that on this site, the chocolate chips contain palm oil (which is unhealthy and harmful to the environment), but it's not shown on Amazon's page; so it's unclear what's actually in the product.
