First, you will need 1 package of GoNanas Mocha Chip Banana Bread Mix. You will also need 1 ripe banana, mashed, 1/4 cup butter, melted, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, and 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. To take these cookies to the next level you will need peanut butter and a handful of Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped.
To begin, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Take a large bowl and add in a mashed banana and 1/4 cup butter, melted. Mix until combined. 1 banana, mashed
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
In a large bowl, mash banana, add butter and mix until combined.
Add dry banana bread mix, flour, and baking powder, mix until a dough forms. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough onto parchment paper and flatten. Repeat with remaining dough until completely used up.
