In a large bowl, mash banana, add butter and mix until combined.
Add dry banana bread mix, flour, and baking powder, mix until a dough forms. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough onto parchment paper and flatten. Repeat with remaining dough until completely used up.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
To assemble the cookie sandwiches, flip one cookie over and top with peanut butter and chopped Reese’s cups. Cover with another cookie, repeat with remaining cookies. ET VIOLA!
