So, while you pack your beach bag with sunscreen and towels, let’s also set you up for success with all the delish ingredients you need to make these scrumptious GoNanas Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls. First, of course, you will need 1 package of GoNanas Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread Mix. Then, make sure you have enough flour to reach dough consistency. Grab yourself 3 ripe bananas (or 2 ripe mashed bananas if they are super large or very ripe). You will need 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a splash of vanilla extract. Round it out with one-quarter cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of butter, and cream cheese frosting. Et voila! You have everything you need to whip up these little masterpieces.
Next thing up, you go ahead and print out your directions to the beach (or pull it up on your phone, duh) while we tell you step by step how to make these sweet babies. First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit and grease your “cake” pan. Whisk all of your wet ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in the dry GoNanas Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread Mix just until it is all combined. Gradually add in your flour until the batter is a dough consistency. Flour your counter and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Melt your butter and spread it out over the rolled out dough, then sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture on top. Roll the dough tight and then chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Slice it up into rolls and place them in your greased baking dish. Bake it at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until it is cooked through. Top those babies with frosting and TREAT YOURSELF BABY.
Part of what we love about a cinnamon roll is that it is as high or low commitment as you want! Grab one and have it for breakfast? Perfect! Pack them all up in a tupperware and bring them with you to the beach party? Be my guest! Pack them all up in a tupperware and intend to bring them with you to the beach party but actually eat them all yourself on the way to the beach? What? Who said that? I didn’t do that. And you can’t prove it. (Yes, I did and I don’t regret it). As always please take one million pictures when you bake these GoNanas Banana Bread CInnamon Rolls and tag us in them on instagram so we can snack vicariously through you. And enjoy!
