20 Minute Apple Crumble
This 20 minute apple crumble will be the star of your holiday meal. It is allergen friendly, nut free, and vegan which means everyone at the table can enjoy it. It is so easy that it is impossible to mess up, oh and did I mention, it will be the best apple dessert you ever eat. Full stop. Don't believe us? See for yourself!
3-4 apples chopped
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 tbsp of tapioca or cornstarch
A sprinkle of salt
1/2 cup GoNanas Apple Pie Banana Bread Mix
1 tbsp (more as needed) coconut oil
Combine the chopped apples, sugar, apple pie spice, tapioca and salt in a bowl.
Pour the apple mixture into a greased cake or pie dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the GoNanas Apple Pie Banana Bread Mix and oil until crumble like texture starts to form
Sprinkle the crumble over the apple mixture and bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes crumble is golden brown (I like my apples super well done so I lean to 30 minutes but everyone is different!)
Optional but highly reccomended: top with ice cream
