running out of toppings to add to your banana bread — no worries because our crackly mix has the dankest topping in it, millet. grab a bowl, add the crackly gluten free vegan banana bread mix, 3 bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup, and dairy free milk, mix, and place in the oven… soon your entire house will smell divine and you won’t regret it.
servings 12 muffins or 1 loaf
1 bag gonanas crackly banana bread mix (follow directions on the mix bag)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp non dairy milk
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease your pans
2. whisk together all wet ingredients
3. stir in the dry mix until just combined
4. for a loaf: bake 50-60 minutes for muffins: bake for 25-35 minutes bread is cooked when stays puffed to touch or a toothpick comes out clean
storage: we recommend storing your breads in the refrigerator for up to 7 days - that is if you’re not diving in right away! for long-term storage, keep them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
