2. Pumpkin Spice Hummus

Hummus is a year-round snacking staple for us, but adding a punch of pumpkin spice has us head over heels. Lantana’s Pumpkin Spice Hummus is blended with tahini, white beans, pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Not to mention, dried cranberries and apricots are mixed in for the perfect bite of fall goodness!

We absolutely adore Purely Elizabeth for their vegan granolas and oatmeal cups but their fall flavored granola really takes the cake. This granola is the perfect topper for your morning coconut yogurt without being too sweet that it tastes like dessert. The sweet yet salty blend of pumpkin seeds and cinnamon combined with ancient grains and seeds is our new breakfast go-to (we even love to munch on it by itself as a snack.)

Chameleon’s dairy-free oat milk lattes, cold brews, and coffee concentrates make for an easy way to get your morning caffeine fix without the hefty barista fees. This pre-bottled fall latte gives you the PSL flavor that we know and love without the sugar headache that Starbucks leaves us with. Plus, check out their recipe for a golden milk reishi pumpkin cold brew latte to reap the benefits of turmeric and ginger with your pumpkin goodness.

Kind Bars are one of our favorite sweet tooth busters when we need a little pick me up (they have saved us post-pilates one too many times.) For the last 3 years, we have been eyeing down the Whole Foods aisle for this fall favorite to pop up. This limited edition flavor sold out in just 3 days when it was first launched, and we expect Perfect Bar to not disappoint this year. This protein bar seriously is the perfect slice of pumpkin pie wrapped up and keeps us satisfied for hours!

pumpkinhalo.png

Halo Top has perfected the pumpkin pie in a pint. This highly loved health conscious ice cream brand has created a pumpkin spice ice cream mixed with pie crust pieces in years past, and we are dying to dig our spoons in again this year. The whole pint itself is 360 calories so eating the whole pint while watching Netflix on the couch is less frowned upon than normal.

RX is one of the healthiest protein bars on the market, and their pumpkin spice flavor is far from disappointing. Made with egg whites, almonds, cashews, and dates, this bar delivers a perfect pumpkin flavor with bites of nuts for a crunch. In previous years, they also released packets of pumpkin spice peanut butter! We love keeping them on hand as a quick snack or spreading it on toast in the morning.
