Salted Caramel Cookie Muffins
Super quick gluten free & vegan recipe that puts the comfort in food.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin tin.
Add 3 bananas to a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients.
Pour in GoNanas package and mix until combined.
Grab your Emmys and with the bag closed crush the cookies using your hands and pour 3/4 of the bag into the batter.
Mix just until combined.
Pour batter into greased muffin tin.
Top batter with remainder of cookie crumbles.
Bake for 25 min. Enjoy!
