- 1 GoNanas Salted Caramel Banana Bread Mix
Enough flour to reach dough consistency (neapolitan style pizza flour used here)
3 small ripe or 2 large ripe mashed bananas
4tbsp. pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
2tbsp. honey (can sub agave or maple syrup)
A splash of vanilla extract
Smuckers sugar free caramel syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar + cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease your "cake" pan.
Whisk together all wet ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in the dry mix until just combined. Gradually add flour until batter is a dough consistency.
Flour counter and roll out dough with rolling pin. spread a thin layer of smuckers caramel, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
Roll the dough tight, and then chill in fridge for thirty minutes.
Slice into rolls and place in greased baking dish. Bake at 375 or 25-30 until cooked through. serve with a little extra caramel on top. enjoy!
