Brownies are ALWAYS a go-to, but especially when it comes to Valentine's day. These layered brownies are everything you need and more. Great to share with your partner, friends & family, or even enjoy on your own (it will be hard to share- trust me). Grab a mix and enjoy these Gluten Free, Vegan brownies ASAP.
Red Velvet Banana Bread Brownies
Layered, melt-in-your mouth brownies that are sure to be a hit wherever they go!
2 tbsp any neutral oil
2 tbsp any milk
1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
½ cup of chocolate chips + tbsp of oil
Vegan nutella for topping (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease brownie tin.
Add 3 bananas to a large bowl.
Add in wet ingredients.
Pour in GoNanas package and mix until combined.
Pour half of batter into a separate mixing bowl.
Microwave chocolate chips and oil in 30 second increments until fully melted.
Pour melted chocolate into the bowl of half of the red velvet batter.
Pour original red velvet layer into the brownie tin and spread.
Pour the “brownie” red velvet batter with chocolate on top of the first layer and spread.
Bake for 30 minutes.
