Add in dry banana bread mix and oat flour. Mix until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thin, add more oat flour, 1 tbsp at a time. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat and grease a waffle iron over medium-low heat. Pour the batter onto the heated waffle iron, enough to cover most of the surface area, and close the lid. Cook until waffle is golden and crisp, then transfer to a cooling rack.
Repeat with remaining batter until used up. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
