What do you need to make these easy and delicious vegan waffles? With only a few simple ingredients you are on your way to making a SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast! First, you will need 1 bag limited edition GoNanas X Copper Cow Coffee Pumpkin Spice Latte Banana Bread mix. You will also need 1 tsp butter or coconut oil, melted, 1 flax (or sub a regular egg), and 2 tbsp oat flour.


You can make these super simple waffles in less than 15 minutes! To begin, in a large bowl mix the butter and egg. Add in GoNanas X Copper Cow Coffee Pumpkin Spice Latte Banana Bread mix and oat flour. Mix until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thin, add more oat flour, 1 tbsp at a time. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes. While you are letting the batter rest, it is time to prepare the waffle iron. Heat and grease a waffle iron over medium-low heat. Pour the batter onto the heated waffle iron, enough to cover most of the surface area, and close the lid. Cook until the waffle is golden and crisp, then transfer to a cooling rack.
