Gluten free and vegan truffles that will steal the show at all your holiday parties. Only a few ingredients and little freezing time needed! These Mocha Chip truffles will not dissapoint!
Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8x8 brownie pan.
Mix the banana bread mix with bananas, olive oil, and maple syrup. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until it is cooked all the way through. Remove from oven and let cool all the way. Once cooled, smash to crumble.
Mix with chocolate frosting. Roll into cake balls.
Melt chocolate in microwave in the 30 second intervals. Dip cake balls into melted chocolate. Place on a cookie sheet or plate covered in parchment paper. Put cookie sheet in freezer until chocolate has hardened. ET VIOLA!
