They are to die for! And guess what? These cuties are not just delish, but they're also gluten-free, dairy-free, and totally vegan-friendly.

Imagine this: fluffy banana bread pancakes hugging a gooey pool of salted caramel goodness. DROOl 🤩

But hold on, it gets even better! These mini wonders are perfect for any girl time occasion. Whether you're hosting a gal-pal brunch, throwing a slumber party with your besties, or simply treating yourself after a long day of conquering the world, these pancake tacos will be your new obsession!

Ready, set, let's make these dreamy pancakes a reality! 💁‍♀️🥞🌮💖

To start we need to gather up the ingredients. First you need to gather the ingredients for the tacos: a banana, flax seeds, maple syrup, dairy free yogurt, almond milk, and GoNanas Salted Caramel Mix. Next gather up the ingredients for the caramel sauce: coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, salt, and berries.

Once you have all your ingredients, it's time to make these scrumptious beauts! In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the tacos/pancakes. Once well incorporated heat a large pan or skillet over medium-low heat and coat the pan with a little bit of coconut oil.

Next, pour 2 tbsp of the batter on the pan for each pancake, and cook on the first side for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat until the batter is gone.

In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the vegan caramel sauce.

Now for the fun part! Arrange the pancakes and fold in the form of little tacos. Fill with greek yogurt, warm berries, or any other desired filling. Then top with the vegan salted caramel sauce. ENJOY!
