Gingersnap Banana Bread Whoopie Pies

Delicious whoopie pies for EVERYONE to enjoy! Quick, easy, and FUN!
Ingredients

1 GoNanas Mix of choice
2 Bananas, mashed
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
1 TBSP almond milk
2-3 TBSP Coconut yogurt
2-3 TBSP Powdered Sugar
Directions
Mash your bananas and then mix in the banana bread mix, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and milk
Using a small ice cream scooper (about 2 tbsp), scoop your batter and place on a cookie sheet (the batter will spread a little)
Bake in a 350* oven for 8-10 mins
While they cook, mix together yogurt and powdered sugar to make frosting (can also use pre-made frosting of choice)
Let the cookies cool and then spread the frosting in the middle
Sandwhich another cookies and ENJOY!!
