What are you waiting for?! Run to the kitchen and gather the following ingredients to start your week off right :)
For the brownies, you will need: 1 package GoNanas Mocha Chip Banana Bread Mix, 2 ripe mashed bananas, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp almond milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Once you've gathered all the ingredients for the brownies, it's time to move on to the frosting ingredients! The frosting contains: 1/4 cup vegan butter, 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp nut butter of choice, 2 cups monkfruit powdered sweetener (or powdered sugar) and 1-2 tbsp almond milk.
Now that you have gathered up all the essentials it's time to put on your fav summer playlist and get baking!
Let's start with the brownie batter. First, preheat the oven to 350° F and grease an 8x8 pan with nonstick spray, line with parchment paper.
Next, grab a bowl and mix together all brownie ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and pop into the oven for 30 minutes.
While the brownies are baking it's time to make the frosting. Take out your standing or handheld mixer and whip together the vegan butter, cream cheese, nut butter, lemon juice, and vanilla. In batches, sift in the powdered sweetener, alternating with the milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
When the brownies are done and the edges are crisp, let them cool completely before removing from the pan and topping them with the frosting. Enjoy! 🤍
