Prepare GoNanas Double Chocolate Caramel mix according to package.
Bake at 350 in a lined 8x8 baking pan.
While brownies bake, heat caramel ingredients in a small pot over medium heat until coconut cream has melted. Lower heat to a simmer & cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat & let cool.
Once brownies have cooled, spread caramel sauce on top. Melt chocolate & add to top of caramel.
Chill until chocolate is firm, roughly 30 minutes.
