Copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars are so good and you'd never believe they are gluten free!
Ingredients

1 bag Original GoNanas Banana Bread

1/3 cup tapioca flour

1 tsp ground ginger
-
1 mashed banana
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
1 beaten egg
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
-
1/2 cup white chocolate chips + dried cranberries (+ extra to top)

Frosting of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease and line a square pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
Mash your banana, then add your melted butter, egg, and maple syrup. Stir in your banana bread mix, tapioca flour, and ginger.
Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into your pan and spread it out to the edges.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely, remove from the pan.
Top with your frosting of choice and extra cranberries/white chocolate. Cut into triangles, ET VOILA!
