Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375° F
- Grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray. Roll parchment paper into little balls, set aside.
- Mix together your GoNanas mix, banana, almond flour, and almond milk until a thick dough forms.
- Press the dough along the outsides of the muffin tin, leaving a hole in the center.
Press the parchment paper into the center. Repeat until you use up all the dough.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool completely, remove the parchment from the center and use a knife to remove the cups from the tin.
Pour milk of choice into the cookie cups. ET VIOLA!
