COPYCAT DOMINIQUE ANSEL COOKIE SHOTS

Who else, no shame, waited in the line to get their cookie shots at Dominique Ansel's Bakery in NYC??? They are so so good but I don't always find myself in NYC, so we attempted to make our own. These gluten free and vegan cookie shots take a little bit of time and patience. But, I think I peaked drinking oat milk from my handmade cookie shot. It's the little things!

These would be the perfect addition to your holiday parties. Imagine everyone drinking a shot of egg nog from these cute and delicious cookies! The best part is all of your dietary restricted friends can partake! Be sure to set aside some time to make these delicious treats!

What do you need to make these cookie dough goodies? You ONLY need 4 ingredients! Gather up: 1 bag of the limited edition @Go_Nanas@choosing_balance Cookie Dough Banana Bread mix, 1/2 of a banana, mashed, 1/2 cup almond flour, and 1 tbsp almond milk!

Once you have rounded up your ingredients it's time to get started! First, Preheat your oven to 375° F and grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray. Next up, roll parchment paper into little balls, set aside for a later step.

Now that the prep work is done, grab a mixing bowl. Mix together your GoNanas mix, banana, almond flour, and almond milk until a thick dough forms. Press the dough along the outsides of the muffin tin, leaving a hole in the center. Grab the parchment paper you set aside and press the parchment paper into the center. Repeat until you use up all the dough. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Once done, let cool completely, remove the parchment from the center and use a knife to remove the cups from the tin. Now for the best part, pour milk of choice into the cookie cups. PEAK HAPPINESS ACCOMPLISHED!!
