Cookies N' Cream Roll

Let's gather up the ingredients so you can bite into these cinnamon rolls sooner than later. For the rolls you will need, 1 bag@go_nanas Cookies n Cream Banana Bread Mix, 2 bananas mashed,1 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 6 creme filled cookies of choice (crushed).

For the filling you will need, 1 cup pitted dates (soaked),1/4 cup almond milk, 4 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup chocolate almond butter, pinch salt, and 1 tsp vanilla.

For the frosting 1/4 cup dairy free cream cheese, 1/4 cup coconut yogurt, 2 tbsp maple syrup, pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla, and extra creme filled cookies to top!

Once you've rounded up your ingredients, let's get baking!

To start, preheat your oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine your dough ingredients (except for the cookies) together, adding more flour if the dough is too sticky. On a floured surface, roll it out into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Next, set the batter aside to get started with the filling. Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Spread the filling evenly over the dough leaving a 1 inch border around the edge and sprinkle the crushed cookies overtop. Carefully roll it up and slice into 2 inch sections.
Lay the rolls side up in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until puffed, golden and bubbly.
While the rolls are baking, mix together the frosting ingredients. Once they are mixes well, set aside.
