Cookies N’ Cream Blondies
Ingredients

1 bag of@go_nanas cookies n’ cream (Any flavor of GoNanas vegan and gluten free banana bread mixes can be substituted)

3 small-medium ripe bananas

1 TBSP maple syrup

2 TBSP non diary milk

2 TBSP oil
-
3 TBSP coconut yogurt
-
3 TBSP powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Combine GoNanas banana bread mix, bananas, oil and milk until smooth
Bake in a shallow brownie pan for 25-35 minutes
Take the blondies out and let them cool
While the blondies are cooling combine 2-3 tbsp coconut yogurt with 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar to make the frosting
Drizzle the “frosting” over the blondies & enjoy!!
