Mix banana, oil, and milk together, then stir in the coffee cake banana bread mix.
In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, brown sugar, and espresso powder, then mix in the vegan butter.
Add half of the banana bread batter to a greased springform cake pan, add half the filling on top. Spread the filling out over the batter. Repeat the process.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cover with tin foil in the last 10 minutes if the streusel starts to brown too much.
