Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Chocolate and Peanut Butter lovers, WE GOT YOU!!! Say hello to the easiest single-serve chocolate peanut butter brownie you’ll ever make, and, of course, she’s vegan and gluten free! All she takes is our brownie batter instant banana bread packet, 1 banana, and a few minutes in the microwave. Et voila, you have yourself a dreamy brownie for one (revolutionary, we know we know).

So if you are a self professed chocolate or peanut butter lover or better yet a chocolate and peanut butter lover, this recipe was made for you! Grab your favorite ramekin or mug and meet us in the kitchen!

Once you have your ramekin/mug all you need for this delicious treat is 1 packet of GoNanas Instant Brownie Batter Banana Bread Mix, 1 ripe banana mashed, and 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter, divided.

If you are using the oven, now is the time to preheat to 350°, you can also use the microwave for this recipe. Your choice! Next, in your mug/ramekin, mash 1 banana. Then, add in 1 Tbsp of the peanut butter and mix well. Once well combined, stir in the Brownie Banana Bread Mix. Swirl the remaining Tbsp of peanut butter on the top of the batter with a knife.

Bake your ramiken for 10 minutes at 350° or pop a mug in the microwave for 1 minute on high. Whichever way you choose to bake this delicious vegan and gluten free dessert, you are guaranteed to have a masterpiece in 10 minutes or less!
