ice cream is my all time favorite comfort food. now, take that, make it healthier, and mix in some heavenly gonanas dark chocolate banana bread and you get heaven on earth.
servings 4
1/2 loaf of gonanas banana bread (divided)
1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips (for bread)
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp caramel sauce

prepare the banana bread according to package. mix in dark chocolate chips and bake for 35 minutes.

cut 1/4 of the loaf of bread into small squares about 1 inch wide.

blend together the frozen bananas, almond milk, caramel and 1/4 loaf of chocolate banana bread until smooth.

mix in leftover banana bread and freeze for 20 minutes.
