This has to be the worlds easiest (and best dessert.) All you need to make this souffle is is a microwave so if you don't have an oven, if you live in a dorm room and want to bake, or you hate to bake and want a homemade dessert, this recipe is for you. Pro tip, to make this gluten-free, and vegan souffle NEXT LEVEL, just add extra chocolate chips, cookie crumbles, and melted chocolate on top (couldn’t help it).

Ingredients

• 1 small, ripe banana
  

• 1 tbsp of chocolate chips
  

• 1 crushed oreo cookie (we love the new gluten free & vegan @oreo or@goodiegirl)
  

• 1 tbsp of dairy free milk (sub milk of choice)
  

• 1/2 cup of GoNanas Cookies N Cream Banana Bread Mix (any flavored mix can be subsitutued)

Directions

1. Mash banana in a small bowl
   

2. Add all ingredients (GoNanas mix, chocolate, cookie crumbles, milk)
   

3. Microwave for 2 minutes
   

4. Remove from microwave and let cool
   

5. While cooling, microwave 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil in 30 second increments, until melted
   

6. Pour chocolate “ganache” on top of souffle
   

7. Go to heaven
