In 1 bowl combine 1 packet GoNanas Red Velvet Banana Bread Mix, 3 bananas, 2 TBSP non-dairy milk, 2 TBSP oil, and 1 TBSP maple syrup until smooth.
Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
Add the prepared GoNanas Banana Bread Mix into the pan. Then bake half way.
While banana bread is baking add frozen blueberries, almond flour, xanthan gum, lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener to a pot and bring to a low boil. continue stirring until blueberries are no longer frozen and then remove from heat.
Add blueberry mixture to half cooked banana bread and top with oats.
Put back in oven for 10 Min. Then let cool. ENJOY!
