For the base, you will need: 1 Bag of GoNanas Birthday Cake Banana Bread, 1/2 cup almond flour, 3 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 of a rip banana mashed, and 2 tbsp almond milk. For the filling, you will need: 1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight), 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese, 1 tbsp coconut yogurt, 1/4 maple syrup, 1/4 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Once you have all your ingredients gathered, for both the base and the filling, the fun can began! First, we need to prep the base. Mix together all the base ingredients until a thick dough forms. Press the mixture into a spring form pan, along the bottom and up the sides. Freeze for 1 hour, meanwhile it is time to make the filling.

- -1/2 of a ripe banana mashed
- -2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
- -1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
- -1 tbsp coconut yogurt
- -1/4 cup maple syrup
- -1/4 tsp almond extract
- -1 tsp vanilla extract
- -1 tsp lemon juice
