Birthday Cake Banana Bread CAKE
A quick and easy cake everyone will LOVE and be begging you to make again!
2 packs GoNanas Birthday Cake Banana Bread Mix (**makes two cakes to stackon top of eachother)
6 bananas (if super ripe / large, use 4)
1/4 cup any neutral oil
1/4 cup any milk
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tub of vegan vanilla icing
1⁄2 cup of @sweetapolita sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 identical cake tins
Mash half of bananas in 1 large bowl and the other half in another bowl
Add in respective wet ingredients to each bowl
Pour in 1 GoNanas package per bowl
Bake for 40 minutes or until just golden and puffs to the touch
Let both cool completely (to speed up this process, stick in the freezer for ~5 minutes)
Flip 1 cake pan over onto a plate and flip once more, so its upright
Spread icing until the top surface is covered and has a thick layer
Flip the 2nd cake pan over onto a plate and flip once more directly on top of the iced cake layer. Adjust delicately as needed to ensure they’re both directly on top of each other.
Ice the entire outside of the cake until everything is covered
Top with sprinkles until the whole icing layer is covered
Slice and ENJOY!
