Banana Bread Ice Cream Cake 

ice cream cake is the ultimate summer dessert. but we took it up a notch and used banana bread instead of plain cake and you will truly never go back to eating traditional ice cream cake!




1 loaf gonanas mix 

vegan ice cream

chocolate sauce (use choczero chocolate syrup to keep recipe vegan)



  1. make gonanas mix according to package

  2. let bread cool completely and then cut lengthwise, wrap both halves in tin foil and set in freezer for 1 to 2 hours 

  3. once bread is frozen, remove from freezer and unwrap both halves

  4. spread ½ pint vegan ice cream on one half of the bread, then add chocolate sauce

  5. cover with the other half of the bread and wrap in tin foil, freeze for 30 minutes or until enjoyment

  6. slice and serve!

banana bread ice cream cake can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month
