Happy ~almost~ Valentine's Day, everyone! Today, we're celebrating love and all things sweet with a delicious recipe for Red Velvet Banana Bread Mini Heart Cupcakes. These cute and tasty treats are the perfect way to show your love for someone special this Valentine's Day and they are, of course, gluten free!

The combination of gluten free red velvet and banana bread is pure bliss! The rich and velvety texture of the red velvet paired with the sweet and moist banana bread creates a match made in heaven. And, when you turn them into mini cupcakes, you get an adorable and delicious treat that's sure to steal your heart (and your taste buds).

Girl, what are you waiting for?! Run, don't walk to start gathering up the 5 ingredients needed for these fun treats! You'll need the following simple ingredients: 1 bag GoNanas red velvet banana bread mix, 2 tbsp softened butter, 2 tbsp milk of choice, 1 egg, 1/2 cup 1:1 gluten free all purpose flour and frosting / sprinkles of choice to top!

Put on your favorite lovey dovey playlist and meet me in the kitchen! The first step is to preheat your oven to 350F. Next, mix together all ingredients. Then, place a piece of tin foil on one side of the cupcake liner/cupcake tin to create a heart shape. This can be a little tricky but just remember it does not need to be perfect! Scoop in the batter and bake for 20 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let cool completely before frosting and decorating. Tada, you have now made the cutest valentine's day treat perfect for your sweetheart or your galantine's party!! ENJOY
