What are you waiting for? Turn on your favorite Christmas playlist and get to making these SCRUMPTIOUS truffles! What do you need to make Mocha Chip Banana Bread Truffles? You are only a few ingredients away from biting into the most heavenly treat.

You will need 1 package of GoNanas Mocha Chip Banana Bread, 2 bananas, mashed, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and 2 tbsps of maple syrup. You will also need to grab a chocolate frosting. I love @missjonesbakes chocolate frosting, but any will do! Lastly, you need milk, dark or white chocolate to melt for the truffle coating.

Have you gathered up all the ingredients?! Let's get started. Turn on some Michael Bublé Christmas and preheat your oven to 350F. Next, grease an 8x8 brownie pan. To make the truffles, grab a bowl and get ready to mix up all the ingredients. Mix 1 package of GoNanas Mocha Chip Banana Bread Mix with the 2 mashed bananas, olive oil, and maple syrup. Stir until just combined. Once mixed, pour into your prepared pan. Tranfer your pan to the oven and bake until it is cooked all the way through, about 18-20 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven and let cool. Once the bread is completely cooled, smash to crumble it. Mix with the chocolate frosting and roll into cake balls, roughly 1 tbsp sized balls. Next, melt the chocolate of your choice in the microwave. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Add a tsp of oil or milk if the chocolate is too thick. Dunk the banana bread balls into the chocolate and set on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. Transfer the cookie sheet to your freezer so the chocolate can harden.

ET VIOLA, you have made the most delicious holiday dessert! Your friends are sure to beg you to make more once they try these!
