Apple Cider Donut Holes

No need to hassle with oil and a stove top to make these donut hole beauties! That's right, these donut holes are baked and baked to perfection, if you ask us. What's better than a donut hole? A super simple, mess free donut hole! Since these babies aren't smothered in oil, you can eat them guilt free and simply enjoy the flavor punching bites.

In order to make these yummy balls of dough you will need one package of the NEW GoNanas X Peanut Butter Jellybeans Apple Cider Donut Banana Bread Mix. You will also need 2 ripe bananas mashed, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp almond milk, and 1/2 cup almond flour. Next up you need to gather ingredients for the cinnamon sugar coating. The cinnamon sugar coating requires 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp melted coconut oil. Once you have all these simple ingredients gathered, we can start making your new favorite mini treat!

To begin making these super simple vegan and gluten free donut holes you need to preheat your donut hole mold. Don't have a donut hole mold? No worries, you can always use a mini muffin tin! Spray your mold or muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and preheat your oven to 350F. Next, mix together your 2 mashed bananas, coconut oil, and almond milk. Once all of your wet ingredients are mixed it's time to move onto the dry ingredients. Stir in your almond flour and Apple Cider Donut Banana Bread Mix. Pour your batter into your mold or muffin tin and bake for 6-8 minutes. 

While your donut holes back it's time to mix up the cinnamon sugar coating. Mix together the coconut sugar, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil until well combined. When the donut holes are done baking let them set for one minute and then immediately transfer to the cinnamon sugar. Toss the donut holes in the sugar and coat well. Et viola!
